OUTREACHES DONE
Tororo is one of the districts in Uganda and it lies in the Eastern region of Uganda. Tororo is about 150 to 200 Kilo meters from Kampala City.
Recently SODAC organization chose to visit the near by region of Eastern Uganda in Tororo District and the report that was got from there is a disgusting report in terms of health, economic and Developmental status.
Members of the organization tried to approach village people and asked them what is going on in the area, what situation do they face.
But on realizing, they luck very many things which can make them live a better life in future.
They luck first of all school structures; the educational level in Tororo District is very poor just because children are now told what is good after studying. Children wake up early in the morning and they go in the garden to dig or others are given tasks to go and reare cattles which is bad to the future of the young children Some children in rural area are denied access to education because some of the children have lost their parents and now they live with guardians which guardians they don;t have time for the children are supposed to be taken to school but he is just in presitige.

SAVE ORPHANS AND DISABLED AFRICAN CHILDREN (SODAC). We are a community based Christian Organization, which was founded in 2010 by a team of volunteers of both men and women from different parts of Uganda with the aim of reaching out to the needy African Children (Prov 22:9)
The vision bearer of this ministry is Eng. Fred Edwards Kabogoza from Gomba District.
All long after walking around the country and reading about what the African children are being treated and how they live day today’s life style, in 2010 he felt touched and with a big sorrow, he went onto share the vision with the fellow volunteers who are willing to touch on the lives of those ones in need.
Here after, he mobilized those who agreed and came together to see the way forward for this vision to be implemented.
We started by moving around the communities visiting different homes where we realized many poor families where we met many orphaned and widowed people.
After seeing the commitment of the members, we went on to form the organization’s managing committee currently comprising of 19 members.
